All prices are shown in ZAR (South African Rand) and include VAT where it applies. Product photographs are representative; colour may vary slightly between screens.

If an item sells out or is priced incorrectly after you order, we will contact you and either supply an alternative or refund you in full. We are not obliged to fulfil an order placed at an obviously incorrect price.

An order is only accepted once payment has cleared. Payment is taken on the secure, encrypted checkout of our payment providers — Yoco, iKhokha, PayFast, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and EFT. We do not store your card details.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order number. If you do not, contact us before placing a second order.

Delivery is handled by our courier partners and timelines are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied. Please make sure that address is correct — redelivery of a parcel returned due to a wrong address is charged again.

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. After dispatch our Returns & Refunds policy applies, including your right to return goods that are not as described or are defective.

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, place fraudulent orders, or use another person's payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent and to report it.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Nothing in them limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
