Every parcel is tracked and insured from our Sandton base to your door, anywhere in South Africa.

Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are packed and handed to the courier the same day; later orders go out the next working day. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is collected.

All fees are in ZAR (South African Rand) and confirmed at checkout.
Our delivery partners
We deliver in affiliation with The Courier Guy, the Takealot Delivery Team, PostNet and Aramex. The partner used depends on your address and parcel size — you will see which one is carrying your order on your tracking link.
Missed deliveries
Couriers deliver on working days between 8am and 5pm and will attempt delivery twice. If nobody is available, the parcel is held at the nearest depot or PostNet counter for collection. Please give a work or alternative address if daytime delivery is difficult.
