Returns & Refunds

• 30 days to return unused items in original condition
• Free exchange if you simply need a different size
• Refunds paid to the original payment method in ZAR
• Refunds processed within 5 working days of us receiving the item
• Defective, damaged or incorrect items: return at our cost

Email smangavelaphi@gmail.com or call 063 769 549 with your order number and what you would like to do. We will confirm the return address and, where the return is our cost, arrange courier collection with one of our delivery partners.

You are welcome to drop a return off in person at 180 Katherine Street, Barlow Park, Sandton, Gauteng, 2148 by appointment.

Items should be unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging where possible. Consumables, groceries, opened personal-care items and opened software or gaming keys cannot be returned for hygiene and licensing reasons unless they are defective.

If an item arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or fails within a reasonable period of normal use, tell us within a week of noticing and we will repair, replace or refund it. We cover the return shipping in these cases.

Cancel before dispatch and you are refunded in full. If a courier cannot deliver and the parcel returns to us, we refund the goods value; the original delivery fee is only refunded where the failure was ours.
