Since 2025

A boutique built on two rails and a lot of stubbornness

The Style District is curated by Sbusiso Maziya from our store in Barlow Park, Sandton, with one rule we still keep: if we wouldn't wear it for five years, we don't stock it.

Fabric first

We start with the mill, not the sketch. Linen from Guimarães, merino from Biella, cotton woven to a weight that holds its shape after fifty washes.

Small runs

Between 60 and 200 units per style. It means sizes sell out, and it also means nothing ends up discounted into a landfill.

Honest fit notes

Every product page tells you how a piece runs, what the model is wearing and where it sits on the body. No guesswork, fewer returns.

The people

Thirty-eight makers, most of them family-run

We visit every workshop we work with at least once a year. Some have been with us since the first order — a knitwear studio of nine people outside Porto, a tailor in Naples who still cuts by hand, a small leather workshop that makes our belts three at a time.

We pay in full on delivery, never below the agreed price, and we put the makers' names on the care label.
